CU Hosts Nuggets Preseason Game
The Sports Governance Center at the University of Colorado-Boulder's Department of Athletics will be hosting a screening of the documentary DOPED: The Dirty Side of Sports on Tuesday, October 13. The one-hour film will be followed by a panel discussion, which will include the film's director, Andrew Muscato.
Andy Schlichting, who has served as the sports information director at Metro State University in Denver since 2009, has been named assistant SID at the University of Colorado, the school announced Monday.
The past week: Buffs Cross Country took the gold, Volleyball & Soccer were on the road, Buffs fought hard against the Ducks, and some Baby Buffs coming your way.
Soccer's Emily Paxton and football's Jered Bell were named the CU Athletes of the Week for the week of September 21-27.
