The University of Colorado Spirit Program is composed of three teams, the CU Cheerleading Program, the CU Express Dance Team and 'CHIP' the costumed mascot.

The Cheerleading Program is composed of a competitive co-ed cheerleading squad and a competitive complimentary all-girl cheerleading squad consisting of up to 30 members total.

The Express Dance Team is a competitive athletic dance team consisting of up to 15 members.

'CHIP' is a highly recognized costumed character that represents the University of Colorado Athletics and is present at numerous athletic as well as social events.

All squads perform and support the home games for the CU Football, Women's Basketball, Volleyball, and Men's Basketball teams, along with selected other athletic and social events.
