BOULDER-Tickets for the 2012 University of Colorado volleyball season are now on sale and start at just $25 for all 15 home matches. Fans can purchase tickets online at CUBuffs.com or by calling 303-49-BUFFS.

The Buffs will play five non-conference and 10 Pac-12 Conference matches at the Coors Events Center this season, giving fans the opportunity to watch some of the finest volleyball in the country.

CU will host Cornell, Northern Arizona and Fresno State at the Omni Hotels Colorado Volleyball Classic August 31-September 1, and CSU Bakersfield and Norfolk State on September 15. The Pac-12 season will start on September 19 with the Buffs hosting Utah at 8 p.m. Other top collegiate volleyball powers will come to Boulder, including 2011 NCAA Champion UCLA on November 9 at 7 p.m.

Colorado has made huge strides in the offseason; its recruiting class of Alexis Austin, Nicole Edelman and Chelsey Keoho was ranked 19th according to PrepVolleyball.com. The Buffs return four starters from last year's team, which include Emily Alexis, Kelsey English, Nikki Lindow and Kerra Schroeder. Schroeder became the 14th Buff in CU history to record more than 1,000 kills and currently ranks 12th with 1,039.
