Welcome to Buffaloes Summer Break where CUBuffs.com catches up with Colorado student-athletes and coaching staff members throughout the summer "off season."

Today's installment comes from junior center Shane Harris-Tunks. A native of Liverpool, New South Wales, Australia, Harris-Tunks battled back from a knee injury in 2010-11 to be a contributor off the bench during Colorado's run to the 2012 Pac-12 Conference Tournament title and NCAA Tournament berth. An advertising major, he earned honorable mention to the 2011-12 Academic All-Pac-12 team. Harris-Tunks was also a recipient of the school's Shoulder-To-Shoulder Award, recognizing an underclassman that demonstrates on a consistent basis a strong work ethic, performance in the classroom and has a positive impact on the academic culture of the program.
