Colorado has won its last 18 nonconference regular season games and 25 of 29 dating back to the 2010-11 season.

Colorado is 5-0 in back-to-back seasons for the first time since 1992-93 (15-0) and 1993-94 (7-0).

Colorado improves its all-time series lead over Wyoming to 35-9 and has won the last three.

With the Colorado men's team sitting at 6-0, it is the first time both programs have started their seasons with five or more consecutive wins since 1982-83 when both programs started 7-0.

Chucky Jeffery moved into 17th place on CU's all-time scoring list with 1,270. She passed Crystal Ford who had 1,255 from 1985-89.

Tonight Jeffery had a season-high 21 points, 10 rebounds and 5 steals and in the process recorded her:

  • 21st double-double (first of the season)
  • 22nd double-figure rebounding game
  • 67th double-figure scoring game
  • 13th 20-point point game
  • 38th game with 3 or more steals

Jen Reese had 10 points on 4-of-8 from the field. She is averaging 12 points on 57.1 percent from the field (8-of-14) over the last two games.

Arielle Roberson scored 14 points, her fifth straight game with double-figure points to start her career. It is the fourth best mark in team history and she will try to catch teammate Lexy Kresl (2011-12) and All-American Shelley Sheetz (1991-92) who began their careers with six double-figure games. The team record is 10 set by Tracy Tripp in 1985-86,

Sophomore guard Ashley Wilson did not play and will have arthroscopic surgery on her right knee Thursday to remove some loose cartilage. She is expected to miss 2-3 weeks.

Wyoming's Chaundra Sewell had 14 rebounds, the most for a CU opponent since Christine Flores of Missouri had 14 in Columbia on Feb. 26, 2011
