Ceal Barry Chair of the PSCP Associate Diretor of Athletics/Student Services
Ceal Barry is in her 26th year with CU Athletics, the last four as Associate AD for Student Services. Barry coached CU's women's basketball team to nine conference regular season or tournament titles and 12 NCAA appearances from 1983-2005. During her coaching tenure, Barry mentored numerous players who went on to play in a variety of professional leagues world-wide, including the WNBA. Barry supervises the areas of Academics, Life Skills, Sports Medicine, Strength & Conditioning and Training Table.

David Clough Faculty Athletics Representative Professor of Chemical & Biological Engineering
David Clough is a professor in the Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering and CU-Boulder's Faculty Athletics Representative (FAR). He has been on the faculty since 1975, has been recognized with the CU-Boulder Outstanding Academic Advisor Award, and has international experience that allows him to counsel student-athletes who are considering professional careers abroad. Prof. Clough is also familiar with NCAA regulations regarding professional sports and agents.

John Sleeman Managing Senior Associate Counsel for CU-Boulder
John Sleeman is in charge of the University Counsel's office at CU Boulder, where he leads a team providing legal advice to the campus. As a member of the Chancellor's Cabinet, he is also part of the UCB senior leadership team. Before coming to CU, he worked at the Colorado Attorney General's Office from 1998 until 2009, coordinating legal advice to Colorado's public colleges and universities as a First Assistant Attorney General and later managing the State Services Section of the office as a Deputy Attorney General. He was an attorney in private practice from 1988 to 1998, with an emphasis on litigation of insurance matters and defense of claims against health care providers.

Jeff Lipton Director of Real Estate Director, Business Planning & Financial Compliance
Jeff Lipton has held many senior leadership positions at CU-Boulder over his 32 year career including Acting Vice Chancellor for Administration, Acting Business Manager for CU Athletics, Executive Director of Facilities Management, and Director of Business Services. He currently serves as the Director of Real Estate. Jeff has extensive experience in negotiating and drafting complex contracts as well as a successful background in financial and business management. Jeff received an MBA and Master’s Degree in Finance from CU.

Susan Morley Senior Instructor, Business Law & Tax Leeds School of Business
Susan Morley is a Senior Instructor at the Leeds School of Business at CU. She teaches business law and tax courses. In addition, Susan offers a personal finance course that empowers students to successfully make and carry out a plan for their financial future. Susan graduated from CU with a Master of Science degree in Taxation in 1986 and became a CPA in 1988. She also earned a law degree from CU in 1994.

Ariel Solomon Premier Mortgage Group, Boulder Former CU Student-Athlete Former NFL Professional Athlete
Ariel Solomon graduated from CU in 1991 with a degree in economics. He played left offensive tackle for the CU football team from 1986-90 (the year CU won the national championship). After graduation, Ariel played in the NFL for the Pittsburgh Steelers (1991-96), the Minnesota Vikings (1996), and the Detroit Lions (1997).

Julie Manning Ex-officio Member Associate Diretor of Athletics/Compliance
Julie Manning is entering her 24th year in intercollegiate athletics. She has been with CU for 3 1/2 years as the Associate AD for Compliance/ Financial Aid. Prior to CU, she spent 20 years as the head women’s golf coach at Iowa State and two years prior to that as the head golf professional and teaching professional at the Veenker Memorial Golf Course in Ames, Iowa. Manning coached several student-athletes who went on to become professional golfers and/or professional teachers in the sport of golf. Manning supervises the areas of compliance and financial aid, supervises the men’s & women’s golf team as well as the ski teams. In addition, Manning serves as the Title IX Coordinator for CU Athletics.
