AT COLORADO: This Season (Fr.-RS)-Enters the fall listed third at the "X" wide receiver position.  He caught three passes for 23 yards in the three main spring scrimmages.  Timed at 4.06 in the pro agility test in spring conditioning, the eighth best figure on the team.

2009 (Fr.)-Redshirted; practiced the entire fall at wide receiver as a true freshman after joining the team as an invited walk-on for August drills.

HIGH SCHOOL-He earned honorable mention All-Centennial League honors as a senior when Mullen compiled a 12-1 record and won the 2008 Colorado 5A State Championship.  In the title game, he led all players with 12 tackles.  On the season, he compiled 91 tackles, including 13 for a loss and one sack.  He also had two fumble recoveries, one forced fumble, eight passes broken up and one interception, which he returned 43 yards for a touchdown.  He caught seven passes for 123 yards on offense.  As a junior, he also earned honorable mention All-Centennial League honors as Mullen compiled an 11-1 mark.  He had six interceptions, two of which he returned for touchdowns, to go with 73 tackles and four pass break-ups.  He had 31 tackles and one interception as a sophomore.  He lettered four times as Mullen compiled a 46-5 record in his time there under coach Dave Logan, who was an All-American wide receiver for CU in 1975.  He also lettered twice in both basketball and lacrosse.

ACADEMICS-He is majoring in Business (Marketing) at Colorado.  He was second-team Academic All-State from his sophomore through senior years at Mullen.

PERSONAL-Born June 2, 1991 in Denver.  His hobbies include longboarding, listening to music and playing video games.  His academic prowess is evident in the list of school's he chose to attend Colorado over, which include Dartmouth and Lehigh among others.  Over a dozen of his high school teammates have gone on to play major college football, including current Buff Bryce Givens.  He has a cousin, Joe Ciancio, who plays basketball at Metro State College.
