BOULDER - The Pac-12 Conference announced a 66-game women's basketball broadcast schedule for the Pac-12 Networks on Thursday, featuring Colorado at least 10 times for the 2012-13 season.

Colorado will play nine regular season games on the Pac-12 Networks, and a guaranteed one, and potentially more, during the Pac-12 Tournament, March 7-10, in Seattle.

A program-best six regular season games will be televised nationally while three more will be on one of the regional networks. CU's first Pac-12 Tournament game will also be televised nationally, as would any ensuing round through the championship game, which will air Sunday, March 10, on ESPN2.

Two game date changes were made from CU's originally released schedule, one home and one away, to accommodate the broadcast slate; and both involve Utah. Colorado's home game against Utah has been moved up one day to Tuesday, Jan. 8, with a 6 p.m. MST tip on Pac-12 National. The CU-Utah game in Salt Lake City has been pushed back one day to Sunday, Jan. 13, and will tip at 3 p.m. on Pac-12 Mountain.

Colorado will see both Stanford and California twice in national broadcasts, the first two coming in the conference's opening weekend. The Buffaloes host reigning league champion Stanford at 8 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 4, and then face the Bears on Sunday, Jan. 6, at 12 p.m.

Three weeks later, it will be Colorado traveling to California for a 9 p.m. MST nationally televised tip on Friday, Jan. 25, followed by a rematch with Stanford on Sunday, Jan. 27, at 5 p.m. MST.

Colorado will be at UCLA for a nationally televised bout on Friday, Feb. 1, at 9 p.m. MST. On that same trip, USC and the Buffaloes will meet in Los Angeles for a regional affair on Sunday, Feb. 3, at 5 p.m. MST. Rounding out CU's regular season TV schedule is a regional game at home against Oregon State on Friday, Feb. 8, at 7 p.m.

Colorado's nonconference home games and non-televised Pac-12 games will be available on the Pac-12 digital network, which is set to debut a beta version on Sept. 10, with a full launch in mid-October. Information on how the digital networks will work will be available at CUBuffs.com and Pac-12.com as updates become available.

In addition, times were announced for the remaining home games, and the majority of road contests. The Buffaloes will play two home double headers with the men's team. Both CU teams host Colorado State on Wednesday, Dec. 5. The women will play at 5:50 p.m. (no TV), followed by the men's game at 8:30 p.m. which will be on the Pac-12 Networks. On Saturday, Dec. 29, the men host Hartford at noon on the Pac-12 Networks, followed by the women against New Mexico at 2:30 p.m. (no TV).

Please note that all times and dates remain subject to change.

Returning four starters, and coming off its first 20-win campaign in eight seasons, Colorado will begin practice for the 2012-13 season on Tuesday, Oct. 9. The Buffaloes are scheduled to face Western State in an exhibition game on Friday Nov. 2, before officially opening the season at home against Idaho on Sunday, Nov. 11, at 2 p.m.
