BOULDER - What is it like in the huddle at a timeout with the game on the line? How does a reigning NCAA Tournament team conduct a practice and prepare for the upcoming season?

Find out on Friday, Oct. 18, as University of Colorado head coach Linda Lappe and the Buffaloes will host a Women’s Basketball Fantasy Camp at the Coors Events Center.

The Fantasy Camp, for women age 20 and older, will be conducted from 5:30-9 p.m. in the practice facility at the Coors Events Center. Registration begins at 5 p.m. at the street level entrance to the practice facility located on Regent Drive. Parking is free after 4 p.m. in the Lot 436 parking structure adjacent to the Coors Events Center. Normal CU Boulder campus parking rules and regulations will be in effect.

Designed for the beginning basketball enthusiast, this camp will teach fundamental knowledge about the basic rules and skills of the game. The cost is $50 per person and includes skills and instruction from Colorado coaches and players and an official Fantasy Camp T-shirt.
