This Season – “Sabrina is an experienced European skier and spent years on the French National Team and skied Eurocup. She is an outstanding giant slalom skier and for the last two years she hasn’t skied slalom, so she’s working on getting her points down so she can earn a better starting position.  She’s one of our best giant slalom skiers.”

University of Savoie (Annecy, France)—She was the French junior champion in the Super-G in 2001 and 2002. In 2005, she took her talents to the Europa Cup in France, where in 2005 she finished 11th in the downhill, 16th in the Super-G. In the same year, she finished 19th in the downhill in the Austrian Europa Cup. In the 2005 world rankings, Mocellin came in at No. 96 in the downhill, No. 110 in the Super-G and No. 168 in the Giant Slalom.

High School—Mocellin was a member of the Tigres Ski Club where she was a two-time French junior champion (2000-01).  

Other—She was enrolled in a business program at the University of Savoie. At Colorado, she is an open option major and is interested in tourism. She enjoys golf, surfing, listening to music and watching movies. Mocellin speaks French, English, Spanish and is learning Italian.

Personal—Born June 6, 1982 in Annecy, France, Mocellin is the daughter of Sylvian Mocellin, a ski instructor, and Lucie Rosique. She also has an older sister, Alexandre, 25.
