The Bears jumped out to an early 10-0 lead before Chucky Jeffery scored for the Buffaloes at the 16:20 mark. With 5:25 to go, Cal built the lead up to 16 points (27-11) before Colorado finished the first half with a 16-8 run.
Colorado scored the first 4 points of the second half to narrow Cal’s lead to 35-31. The Bears again built up a double digit lead (43-33) at 15:06.
