Guest Relations Team To Play Pivotal Role In Folsom Field Experience
BOULDER -Â The CU Athletic department is again looking for enthusiastic individuals who are willing to be a part of our Game Day Guest Relations Team for the 2018-19 Academic Year. Our guest relations team members will play a pivotal part in insuring that all visitors to Folsom Field and the CU Events Center have an enjoyable experience while cheering our Buffs to victory.
This position will allow team members to have access to benefits that most fans would not normally receive including credentialed access to Folsom Field (where you can be a part of the action), Buffs gear/apparel, tickets to other CU sporting events, free meal on game day, and a post-season banquet.
As a CU Guest Relations Team Member, you will:
•   Be responsible for enhancing the game day experience of our Buffs Fans
•   Act as a game management liaison
•   Answer fan questions
•   Advise fans on game day protocols and stadium policies (e.g. permitted and prohibited items, concession locations, pregame timeline and events)
•   Work various positions (e.g. ticket scanning, suite level, ushers)
•   Be generally helpful
Minimum Qualifications:
•   Ability to report promptly to all assigned events
•   Ability to work in a team environment
•   Ability to make decisions based on situational circumstances
Compensation:
•   $15.00/Hour
