The West Regional will be held on May 10-12, 2012. We will need many volunteers to make this tournament a success. To apply for a volunteer position please complete and submit this form as directed below.
We will also host volunteers at an informational meeting on May 9 at 6 pm. Dinner will be provided as well as a small token of appreciation. Required Fields in Bold
Volunteer Position Descriptions Text Message Scorer: Each volunteer will have a cart and accompany a threesome of players. At the conclusion of each hole, the scorer will send the individual scores for each competitor to scorer headquarters. This volunteer will also be available to assist in evacuating the course should the need arise. Basic knowledge of golf is necessary for this duty. Hospitality Tent: Volunteers will staff and maintain the tent and assist in providing food and beverages to the competitors as needed. Merchandising: Volunteers will sell Officially Licensed NCAA Golf Championships merchandise and apparel to players and fans. Shuttle Services: Shuttle players from certain greens to tees to maintain a consistent pace of play. Evacuation: Drive vans to evacuate players and offcials from the golf course in case of weather issues.
