2018: Indoor: Wichhart-Donzo’s indoor season consisted of the pentathlon and the triple jump. In the pentathlon she earned a personal best of 3,806 overall points at the MPSF Championships, and brought home fifth place. She won the Colorado School of Mines Alumni Classic in this event as well with a total point score of 3,787. At this same meet she also brought home first place in the triple jump with a mark of 38-2.25/11.64.
Outdoor: The heptathlon was the main focus of Wichhart-Donzo’s season. At the Bryan Clay Invitational in April she set an overall point score personal record of 5,433 which earned her sixth place. This achievement set her up for success at the Pac-12 Combined Events Championships where she earned fifth place with a total point score of 5,306.
 
2017: Indoor: Wichhart-Donzo had a busy indoor season focusing on the pentathlon and triple jump. In the pentathlon, she set a PR of 3,613 to win the Colorado Open (2/2). She was also second in the event at the CSM Alumni Classic & Multi (3,475) and placed seventh at the MPSF Championships (3,585). In addition to her marks in the pentathlon, she excelled in the triple jump, where she won the Air Force Invite (1/20) with a season-best jump of 39-3.25. Wichhart-Donzo picked up an eighth place finish at the MPSF Championships in the event, picking up three points for the team score.
Outdoor: Wichhart-Donzo had another solid season for the Buffs. She started her outdoor campaign with a 5,108 mark at the California Invitational (4/13) and went on to place eighth at the Pac-12 Championships with a mark of 5,083. Just like the indoor season, Wichhart-Donzo was the Buffs’ top triple jumper. She recorded a career-best, 39-8, at the Cardinal Classic (4/22). Wichhart-Donzo jumped just under that mark at the Pac-12 Championships (39-7.25) and finished seventh overall.
 
2016: Indoor: Wichhart-Donzo competed in three pentathlons during her first season, recording a season best score (3,513) at the MPSF Championship, placing 11th overall. She was eighth at the CSM Alumni Classic (3,335) and was fourth at the Air Force Invite (3,303). She also excelled in the triple jump, earning the second spot on CU’s all-time performers list with a jump of 40-2.75 at the CSM Joe Davies Open. Wichhart-Donzo placed 14th at the MPSF Championship in the triple jump with a 38-5.50 mark.
Outdoor: Wichhart-Donzo shined during her freshman campaign in the heptathlon and triple jump. She became the sixth best triple jumper in CU history after recording a mark of 39-0.25 to win the Tom Benich Open. In the heptathlon, Wichhart-Donzo became the 11th best at CU after finishing her first collegiate heptathlon with 4,838 points (California Invitational). She also scored for the Buffs at the Pac-12 Championships, placing eighth overall in the heptathlon (4,794). Wichhart-Donzo also competed at the meet in the triple jump, tying for 16th (37-8.50).
 
HIGH SCHOOL: Wichhart-Donzo was a four-time Baltimore County triple jump champion. As a senior, she placed second at the state championship, jumping a personal best of 38-2.50. She was also third that year in the long jump, which was another PR (18-1.50). Wichhart-Donzo owns CHS records in the 100-meter hurdles (15.19), long jump (18-15) and triple jump (38-2.50). She was named first team all-county all four years and was first team all-metro her junior and senior years. A three-sport athlete (volleyball and basketball), she was also recruited by Villanova, UMass and Illinois State.
 
IN THE CLASSROOM: Wichhart-Donzo is majoring in international affairs and owns a GPA greater than 3.60.      
 
PERSONAL: Maja Cera Grace Wichhart-Donzo was born March 6, 1997 and is the daughter of Lori Wichhart of Catonsville, Md. She has a twin brother, Musa, and has lived in three countries. Wichhart-Donzo enjoys reading, hiking and watching movies.
