SENIOR (2017): Fedor played a major role with the Buffs as a senior as she helped CU reach the second round of the NCAA Tournament and break the school record for shutouts (14) and goals-against average (0.61). She started four matches and made 20 appearances as a defender, playing a total of 581 minutes. She earned starts against Colorado College, CSUN, Washington State and Stanford, seeing a season-high 82 minutes vs. Stanford on Oct. 8. She also played 40 minutes in a 3-0 win over Arizona State on Oct. 19. While she was on the pitch, CU had a 0.46 GAA. Fedor earned Pac-12 All-Academic honorable mention with a 3.79 GPA.
 
JUNIOR (2016): Fedor became a key contributor off the bench for the Buffs as they reached the NCAA Tournament and finished second in the Pac-12. She saw action in 17 matches as a backup defender, including both NCAA Tournament matches. In the 328 minutes Fedor was on the field during the season, CU had a 0.27 goals-against average, outscoring opponents 7-1. She saw action in a season-high 54 minutes in a 3-0 win over Oregon State on Oct. 9 and also played 53 minutes in a 3-1 win over Oregon on Oct. 6. Fedor earned Pac-12 All-Academic honorable mention with a 3.71 grade point average.
 
SOPHOMORE (2015): Fedor played in nine matches and earned one start as a defender. The Buffs were outstanding when she was on the field as the team had a 0.37 goals-against average in the 242 minutes she was on the pitch and CU outscored its opponents 5-1 during that time. Her only start of the season came on Sept. 20 in a 3-0 victory over Villanova as she played a season-high 88 minutes. Fedor saw action in five Pac-12 matches, including against No. 14 California, No. 21 Washington State, No. 24 Southern California, Arizona State and Utah.
 
FRESHMAN (2014): Fedor played in five matches and had one start during her first year, totaling 142 minutes. She made her collegiate debut against Colorado State, logging 24 minutes in CU’s season opener. She made her first start against Northern Colorado and recorded a season-high 84 minutes on the pitch. Fedor also saw action in three other non-conference matches.

HIGH SCHOOL: A three-year letter-winner at Interlake, Fedor helped lead the team to the 2011 2a Washington State Championship, where she and the Saint Bernard defense allowed zero goals throughout the entire state tournament. As a sophomore, Fedor contributed four assists, helped Interlake to a 17-3-1 record and earned second-team All-King County honors. As a junior she was a first-team All-King County selection and an All-State honorable mention. That year, she scored two goals as the Saint Bernards posted an 11-4-3 record. Though an injury sidelined her most of her senior season, Fedor was named All-King County honorable mention. While she was injured, she volunteered to help run the summer high school soccer trainings. Fedor also stood out as a member of the Crossfire Elite Clubs National League team. The club won state championships in 2008 and ’11 and Northwest Champions League Championships in 2011 and ’12. The squad also advanced to the 2011 Region IV semi-finals and took home third place in the 2012 ECNL Flight A Finals. Fedor was also a member of the Washington ODP team, earning an invitation to the 2011 Regional Camp and a spot on the Phoenix All-Tournament Team in 2011.  

IN THE CLASSROOM: Fedor is majoring in integrative physiology. She earned Pac-12 All-Academic honorable mention as a junior and senior and has a 3.79 GPA. She was one of 26 CU student-athletes to achieve a 4.0 GPA for the 2017 calendar year.

PERSONAL: Courtney Anne Fedor was born on August 18, 1996. Her parents are Chris, a baseball coach, and Kathy Fedor, a Microsoft employee. Her older brother Conner attends Washington State University. Fedor hopes to become a physical therapist or nurse because she likes working with people and learning how bodies work. Fedor says she chose Colorado because the beautiful campus, excellent academics and very good soccer program felt like the perfect fit for her.
