2020: Led the Buffs in the first three varsity races … was the runner-up at the FSU Classic … finished in 23:04, over 13 seconds in front of the third-place finisher … placed third at the Battle Born Collegiate Challenge behind a pair of Northern Arizona runners … he recorded a time of 22:35.3 … became CU’s second straight Pac-12 men’s individual champion, winning the Pac-12 crown in 22:30.9 … he defeated the runner-up by more than 10 seconds … with the win he was named the Pac-12 Men’s Athlete of the Year, the USTFCCCA Men’s National Athlete of the Week and a spot on the All-Pac-12 First Team … at NCAAs he was 107th.
2019: Part of the team that placed third at NCAAs ... finished 55th overall and was the fourth Buffalo to finish at nationals ... earned his third all-region honor after finishing 12th at regionals as CU’s No. 4 ... was CU’s fifth finish at the Pac-12 Championships, finishing 13th overall, which helped the Buffs win the team championship ... was named to the All-Pac-12 Second Team ... at pre-nationals, he was 17th overall ... recorded a top-15 finish at the Joe Piane Invitational, placing 14th ... ran to a 12th place finish in the season opener at the Wyoming Invite.
2018: Had another solid season for the Buffs, starting with a 16th place finish (CU’s No. 2) at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational ... would be CU’s fourth scorer in the last four meets, beginning at pre-nationals where he raced to a 31st-place finish ... at the Pac-12 Championships, he was 18th ... recorded his second all-region after with a 22nd-place finish at regionals ... wrapped up his sophomore campaign by placing 43rd at the NCAA Championships.
2017: Earned a spot right away on the varsity roster as a redshirt freshman ... started his career with a third-place finish at the Colorado State Invitational before placing 10th (as CU’s No. 2) at the Joe Piane Invitational...was 14th at the NCAA Pre-National meet, crossing as CU’s third harrier ... at the Pac-12 Championships, he was third for CU with a 10th place finish, collecting All-Pac-12 Second Team honors in the process ... earned all-region status with a 25th-place finish at the NCAA Mountain Region Championships ... saved the best for last, leading CU and earning his first All-America award, with a 33rd place finish at NCAAs.

HIGH SCHOOL: Named the Madera South High School Most Valuable Runner of the Year twice and was a three-time All-CIF selection ... he placed second at the state meet his senior year after winning the CMAC League and CIF Central Section Cross Country Championships ... went on to compete at Nike Cross Nationals, placing fifth overall ... as a junior, he won the cross country conference and section titles on his way to placing fourth at the state meet ... was also very successful on the track, placing second at the 2016 state championships in the 1,600 ... leading up to the state meet, he won the 1,600 CIF North Area Championship and the CMAC Championships and also placed second in the 800 at the CIF Central Section Championships after winning the conference title ... won the high school section of the 3,000 at the Stanford Invitational, finishing in 8:15.01 ... as a junior, he won the conference title in the 800 and 1,600 and was third in the 3,200 ... at the state meet, he placed third overall in the 3,200.
